Privacy Policy — Taiwan Payments MCP

Last updated: 2026-07-08

Summary: this service is stateless and stores nothing. There is no database. No account system. No cookies. No analytics scripts.

What the service processes

Taiwan Payments MCP is a stateless translation layer between AI agents and Taiwan payment gateways (ECPay 綠界, NewebPay 藍新金流). When a tool is called, the request parameters — order amounts, item names, buyer contact details for e-invoices, and optional bring-your-own merchant credentials sent as HTTP headers — are used in memory only to sign and forward a request to the selected gateway, and are discarded when the response is returned.

What is stored

Where money and personal data actually flow

Funds always flow buyer → payment gateway (ECPay / NewebPay) → merchant, directly. Buyer payment details (card numbers, bank info) are entered on the gateway's own hosted checkout pages and never pass through this service. Data submitted to gateways is governed by the gateways' own privacy policies: ECPay, NewebPay. E-invoice data submitted in production is uploaded by ECPay to Taiwan's Ministry of Finance as required by law.

Third parties

The only third parties that receive data are the payment gateway you choose per request (ECPay or NewebPay) and our hosting provider (Vercel). No data is sold or shared with anyone else.

Your choices

Because nothing is stored, there is nothing to delete or export. Stop sending requests and no trace of your usage remains at the application layer.
